Strengthening Community Resilience through CPR Trainer Certification in Buea

At Buea Association USA, we believe every life is worth saving and knowledge saves lives. In partnership with Biaka University Institute of Buea, we recently completed a transformative CPR Trainer Program, training and certifying 22 nurses, physicians, and healthcare administrators as CPR instructors.

These professionals are now equipped to take lifesaving CPR education directly into communities across Buea and neighboring areas. With this certification, trainees will lead workshops and training sessions designed to expand emergency response capacity at the grassroots level.

Buea Association USA also provided all CPR training mannequins and essential instructional supplies to support both the program and future community outreach. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to health empowerment, equipping individuals with critical skills that improve readiness and response for medical emergencies.

By strengthening local capacity, we reaffirm our belief that communities are safer when citizens are prepared and when organizations work together to bridge gaps in healthcare education.
